DAMEX performs most of the work with their own crews, and a few trusted sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing, painting). Never did I find any of them unwilling to patiently listen to and address any questions or concerns. And if I needed to speak with Robert or his field superintendent, I could always count on receiving a response promptly, if not immediately.
